Shipping & Refund Policy

All products ordered on the website are shipped via ground courier and orders will arrive to customer's selected address within 10-14 business days. Our fulfillment warehouse tries to ship before this timeframe. Customer will receive tracked notifications via email to properly track their shipment(s). 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages once the items show delivered by delivery method. If the items are lost in transit by courier, we will re-ship your items within 7 business after the initial shipment. If you receive the lost items, you are responsible for shipping these items back or we will charge you for the additional items.

Purchases made on can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Unopened items returned within the given time frame will be refunded immediately, minus the shipping cost. The customers must incur the shipping costs while ensuring that the product is in good condition.

When can you apply for a refund?
You may apply for a refund for most items purchased on that are within the return window, except those that are specifically marked as not returnable on the product detail page. Products are returnable if you have received a damaged or defective product or with a missing accessory or part, or with different pieces from the original description provided on the product detail page.

When can you expect your refund?
Once the refund is initiated, it takes around 3-5 business days to refund the full amount in the original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days to process the request.

  • Purchases made on can be returned via mail
  • Purchases made on can should only be returned to
  • You must have a packing slip or an original receipt to apply for a return
  • The item must be unused, and in its original packing with all the original tags attached.
